Rebuild Sheet Search Engine Index

If Full Text Search doesn’t show related suggestions, the data may be newly created and not yet indexed, especially for recently imported data, which takes time to be included in the search index. To resolve this, go to DB Maintenance and click Rebuild Search Engine Index to update the index for all sheets. However, if the database is large, this process may take longer. In that case, you can rebuild the index for a specific sheet instead.

You can click Rebuild search engine index for this sheet in Form Settings under Form Page Design Mode to reindex all records in that sheet.

This process runs in the background, and you can monitor the progress in a pop-up menu in the lower-left corner of your screen while continuing to use your database.
