Database Design Documentation
In Design Mode, you can use keyboard shortcuts to Undo and Redo settings.
The shortcuts differ based on the operating system. Please refer to the table below:

You can undo and redo most settings, but there are some limitations. The following lists the settings that do not support undo and redo, categorized into Field Settings, Form Settings, and Form Tools.
Note: Settings that directly modify records in Design Mode cannot be undone, such as Formula Recalculation and Populate Empty Values.
Field Settings include all configurations for Field Types available in the left toolbar, as well as Description Fields and field style settings.

| Select From Other Sheet | Undo is not supported. |
| Select User/Reviewer | Undo is not supported for Custom Review Email. |
| Percentage | Only the "checked" Background Progress Bar status can be undone; other settings do not support undo. |
| Auto Generate | 1. Undo is not supported for setting the sequence of the next record.
2. If you enable Generate sequence based on another field but do not select a field, undo is not supported. |
| Action Barcode | Undo is not supported for the display field setting of the Action Button execution. |
| Aggregate | Undo is not supported for selecting the source sheet. |
Other Limitations:
1. Undo is not supported for clearing styles.
2. When configuring field settings, if the last action is in the input field, only the entering text can be undone, while other settings cannot.
Form Settings include all configurations within the Form Settings tab in the left toolbar and the "Form Setting Tools" section under Form Tools.

| Access Rights | Setting Access rights for User Groups can be undone, but adding User Groups or setting Individual User Access Rights cannot. |
| Actions | 1. Before clicking "Add Action": Text editing is undoable when the cursor is inside the text box, but other settings cannot be undone. Undo will switch to another tab, resetting the settings.
2. After clicking "Add Action": Undoing will remove the entire action button, but redo will restore it. |
| Reminders | 1. Before "Adding a Reminder": Text editing is undoable when the cursor is inside the text box, including Custom Reminder Email.
2. After "Adding a Reminder": Undoing immediately will switch to another tab, causing the newly added reminder to disappear and cannot be redone. If additional settings are modified, using undo will reset all changes. |

Note: The Actions settings in Form Settings do not include the following Custom Buttons under Form Tools: Convert Records, Update Values, Update Value on Another Sheet, Send Custom E-mail, and Combine Buttons.
