No Time to Design Your Database? Ragic Consulting Partners Can Help

Ragic is a no-code database builder designed to empower users to create systems tailored to their workflows (this article could help you learn more about Ragic)—because honestly, no one knows a workflow, better than the one that will be using it, right? With its intuitive, Excel-like interface, Ragic is easy to navigate, even for those without any programming background. That’s why many of our customers, despite having no coding experience, have successfully built their own systems using Ragic. Our extensive documentation, video tutorials, and responsive Support Team are always there to help. Plus, with the introduction of Ragic AI chatbot, getting started is now even smoother.

That said, we understand that some of you may prefer a ready-to-use system that’s still customizable to your needs. Perhaps you don’t have the time to learn Ragic thoroughly—it does require some time—but you have the budget. For you, outsourcing this task to an expert may be the most cost-effective solution, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

As a company, our core mission remains in developing Ragic platform itself. This means we don’t directly provide in-house consultants for database development. However, recognizing the growing demand of database development assistance, we created the Ragic Consulting Partner Program. This program connects users with a network of experts who are proficient in both Ragic and their respective industries to assist with users in need with database design and development, ensuring your system meets your unique requirements.

In this article, we’ll explore the details of the Ragic Consulting Partner Program—how it works, how it can help you, and what to expect.

1. So how do I apply to be matched with a Ragic Consulting Partner?

You can reach out to our support team at support@ragic.com. We’ll connect you with one of our trusted partners who can help with database development. When reaching out, please include the following information so we can better understand your needs and match you with the right partner:

(1) Company/Organization Name

(2) Contact Person

(3) Industry

(4) Description of your requirements (Your desired workflow, data you want to store, sheet needed, etc). If you're unsure about how to clarify your needs, we recommend checking out this helpful article.

In addition to emailing our support team, you can also post your database design requirements in the Ragic Community ‘Work Offered’ section, where available partners will reach out to you directly.

2. Who are these partners and what service do they offer?

Our partners are individuals or companies with expertise across various fields. They are highly proficient in using Ragic and can offer the following services:

(1) Custom project: Database design, JavaScript workflow, API integration, and setting up or maintaining a private Ragic server.

(2) Support service: If you’re happy with their work, you can designate them as your primary support provider. They’ll serve as your go-to contact for all Ragic-related questions.

3. How much will the partner service cost?

If you need help with database creation or programming, this counts as a custom project. Costs are quoted directly by the partner and depend on your discussions with them—Ragic does not get involved in this process. You can discuss the scope and pricing with the partner to find a solution that works for you.

If you choose to designate a partner as your primary support provider, this service is free of charge. However, please note that the support does not include database design services.

It’s important to mention that custom projects typically cost more than software licensing because they involve consulting, such as gathering requirements, clarifying structures, and developing tailored solutions. Ongoing communication and revisions to meet your needs also contribute to the cost. If you have concerns, discuss them directly with your partner to reach an agreement.

Friendly Reminder: Since Ragic does not intervene in collaborations between clients and partners, we recommend signing a contract with your partner to protect both parties’ interests if needed.

4. How to assign a partner as your support service provider?

If your database was set up by a partner, they will automatically serve as your support service provider. If you already have a Ragic account and wish to assign a specific partner, email us at support@ragic.com with the partner’s registered email address.

Note: Once assigned, the partner will handle your regular support inquiries. If you’re unhappy with their service later, you can refer to the steps below to remove or replace them.

5. What if I’m not satisfied with my partner’s service?

If your database has an assigned support provider, they receive a commission for their services and are expected to assist you accordingly. If their service falls short of your expectations, you can email us to request their removal. If needed, we can recommend a different partner to support you.
