Excel Catastrophe 6: The Doom of Garbled Text

You successfully opened a CSV file with Microsoft Excel, and then you see weird text like this:

Yep, your whole document consisted completely of garbled text. This happens because when a file is opened in a different environment, its text may be decoded incorrectly. To solve this situation, you have to google and try many different online text decoders and pray that one of them works, which is definitely far from efficient.
