A common problem organizations face is that different users must access the same data for various reasons. As a result, you may end up creating multiple sheets with similar information presented in different formats for different audiences, and then have to update each sheet whenever changes occur.

In Ragic, we can use the Multiple Versions functionality to create a duplicate sheet with different access rights.

For example, the "Employee Information" used by the HR group should contain complete and detailed information. However, different versions of the "Phone Book" may only display general contact information and exclude personal details such as educational background, work experience, and address.
